Print competition will make you a better photographer. Not only will it make you a better photographer but you can start earning merits towards your IPPA Associates and Fellowship degrees. This competition is also one of your first steps to earning your PPA Master Photographer degree. With all the new photographers out there this is a way you can set yourself apart.

12 Elements of a Merit Print is a great article from the PPA to get you pointed in the right direction for your prints.
Not having done this before I need a few more details. How many images, what size, digital or actual prints? …. Sounds like fun though.
The prints need to be paper prints. You can bring 4 with 1 additional alternate. It is a great time. I think you would enjoy it. I just sent out a little more information on the email.
Is it ok to come without prints just to see the work of others? Do we need to sign up if we are members of IPPA, or just come when we can. I teach a class in the morning, and wouldn’t be able to come till later in the morning.
